Problems opening Photo Express 4.0 on a W2K network

Hi,

I am a network administrator at a school and am currently having problems running PhotoExpress Version 4.0 My Custom Edition.

When I'm logged on with administrator rights everything works fine. However, when I'm logged on, for example, as either a teacher or student it simply doesn't load. I use the scanner which should by default open Photo Express but it doesn't and when I click on the icon nothing happens.

Has anybody encountered anything similar or can anyone shed some light on this?

It's a Windows 2000 network and all the client machines are running Windows 2000 also.
