Smart Downloader in ideo Studio v9

I bought a downloaded upgrade from v8 to v9 and have the opportunety to download some extra stuff. This has not been fully successful in that 3 files refuse to down load.. these are the "content pack" parts 1,2 and 4. content pack 3 downloaded along with all the other files. Anybody got any ideas??. I run winXPpro, have had problems with the smartsound but that was windows installer, have fixed that..

I have exactly the same problem , unable to download content 1, 2, 4 but 3 came across ok.

I bought downloadable full version of VS9 and use WinXP Pro managed to download Content 3 file but others failed to download properly with an error that it was not a Win32 application.
