Can't image capture

Well I just downloaded the trial version of this product and I wanted to test it out by recording something from SSBM. Whenever I go to Video Capture, it freezes up for a second and then has an error and the program ends. This is my digitizer and I don't think it's compatible with this program (because it isn't working), but I just wanted confirmation.

Anyway, before you deem your device incompatible, let's take a look at your System's specs. What are they? (CPU speed, RAM, HD size, etc.) Try turning off apps running in the background and removing unnecessary external devices connected to your system.

If I'm not mistaken, your device uses Firewire right? So it should be supported, but, from the link you provided, it says there that Sony has discontinued all of its Media Converters, so I guess it won't be supported after all.

A little over 256 MB RAM

And yea, I used to use iMovie but I want to start using my Windows computer since iMovie isn't really that good and my iBook is too slow to run it anyways.
