VS9 still crashes on startup

Have tried the clean install as advised with no effect, it still crashes on startup. Will try again. When advised to "clean up " temporary directory before loading software should I delete everything in it? I'm a bit wary of doing this. Any guidelines?

Instead of doing that, run Disk Cleanup in System Tools (Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools) instead.

Also give us some information about your system's specifications.
