I lost a preset and I need it back :(

I am in trouble as I lost one of the presets for GIF Animator 5 (Lineart 16) and I have not figured out how to get it back. As I tried to create it myself I do not get the same quality of picture. Can someone help as I am in urgent need of assistance?

Maybe you should try reinstalling your program. How do you find Lineart 16 preset in GIF 5? I have Cool 3D and also have presets inside. Does it come with the F/X plug-in? Thanks...

I actually did the reinstall but the system "intelligently" remembered the things that I deleted so I could not get it back. I did not do a complete de-install because I am a bit confused on how the licencing works as I only have the one string of numbers. Of which I have never entered into anything...

Have you tried contacting Ulead's Tech Support? They might give you instructions on how to completely de-install it and re-install the program.
