Burning with MF3 - target device might have some problems

Hi all, i recently bought MF3. i managed to capture and edit DV's but i have not been able to burn the disc. The software runs and formats the video for burning and then stops just when it starts to burn i get the following error TARGET DEVICE MIGHT HAVE SOME PROBLEMS. PLEASE TRY AGAIN OR REBOT (5213) and FAILED TO RECORD DATA TO DISC ERROR TAO.

I read the manual i it says that i need to restart the DVD+RW backgrond format , this is in nthe burning advanced settings but this is greyed out and i cant select it.

Can anyone Help

If you have nero, Roxio, or other "packet writing" software , it might be conflicting. If this is the case, try shutting-down any other CD/DVD burning programs that are running in the background.
