DMF3: audio synch OK when compiling but off on burnt disc

Hi, I have DMF 3 & when I'm compiling a disc (adding chapters, etc.) the audio synch on the video I'm workng on is fine, but then after burning the disc & viewing it, the audio synch is off on the DVD. Can someone tell me how to fix this? I don't see an option anywhere on DMF3 on how to fix this so I needed to ask here. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don't know where else to try on this. Thanks in advance.

I downloaded both of the links on that page, tried a new file, reburnt & it still isn't matching up. Any other ideas?

Yes, this patch did not help anything even with v4.0 Anyone have any ideas? I am using an MPEG-1 file I captured with Dazzle Fusion from a VHS tape. Burns perfectly and plays back fine with Nero Vision Express but takes 4 hours to transcode and that is unacceptable and mainly why I bought the Ulead product.
