I just want it to WORK !!!!!!

Ever since I started using this ULEAD Moviefactory I have been unable to create a DVD error after error!!! I bought a new pc believing it to be the fact I had a 1 year old pc and did it work NOPE. This is the worst software i have ecer used it is slow cumbersome and has too many bugs. All I want to do is take DV and edit it a bit and put it onto a DVD! Is that too much to ask? Utter Rubbush!!!!
