Pictureshow 4 Invalid Pointer error

I am a newbie to slideshows so I bought what I thought would be a good product. I created a slideshow but when trying to burn to dvd I got a Invalid Pointer error. I checked out this board and thought I would try to burn to a folder and then use Nero, but I still got Invalid Pointer error.
Emailed support last night (GMT) for answer.

Any ideas??

Forgot to say I have 80gb spare on disc, run xp sp2, 512 memory

Have you tried reinstalling your PictureShow? Could it be that the program has been running unstable. Try removing traces of it before reinstallation.
