Background Music Menu Problem
Newbie to DVD Workshop. I am using v 2.231. I have set up main menu with a link to a secondary menu that has scene selections on it. The problem is with the main menu, I have added background music with the DVD to start after 1min 32 secs, however this does not happen the music stops at 1min 32 secs menu is still visible and then starts at 4mins 15secs or so. This problem is only on the finished DVD while on the computer and checking the preview in Ulead the project acts as it should. I hope this has described the problem I am encountering please accept my apologizes if it is not technically correct. Any help much appreciated.

As far as I can tell, DVD Workshop doesen't have a "start background music at" function. If you add background music to a menu it will play automatically as soon as the menu starts and (if so desired) will loop infinitely.
If you want your music to start at 1 min 32 sec, you'll have to create a 1 min 32 sec silence at the begining of your track. This will give you a maximum track time of 2 mins 42 sec.
You will need to create this as a motion menu even if you don't use any video. You will need to create your Menu Duration as max (254 sec) and your Loop Point at 1 min 32 sec.
All this assumes that 2 mins 32 sec is enough time to play your music.
I am curious though, why would you want a menu that waits for 1 min and 32 sec before you here anything

I have created a non motion menu with a photoshop still. Added background music with the menu duration of 1min 32secs. Loop count 1 with the After Loop/Time Out Button being set on Custom Button which is the start of the DVD. In the finish preview on the computer the music plays for 1min 32 secs and the DVD starts at the beginning, burn the DVD and the music plays for 1min 32 secs and fades out, the menu stays on the screen for 4mins 15secs or there abouts and then the DVD starts at the beginning.
