Importing non-copywrite DVD - no audio

I made a DVD from a video and tried to import is so I can add a menu and chapters.

The DVD imports and it SAYS there is audio in the properties, but the audio does not play and there is no sound icon on the thumbnail....

What version of MovieFactory are you using (be as descriptive about the version/product as possible).

I also have the problem of no audio after importing DVD into my project. I am running Ulead DVD MovieFactory 4.0 Disc Creator with patch 4.03 installed. I get no sound from the import.
