Cannot use smart update for PI 10

When I try to get to the PI tech support form, or anywhere else using ulead.tw site I get this:
"Error Occurred While Processing Request

Error Diagnostic Information

Request canceled or ignored by serverServer busy or unable to fulfill request. The server is unable to fulfill your request due to extremely high traffic or an unexpected internal error. Please attempt your request again (if you are repeatedly unsuccessful you should notify the site administrator). (Location Code: 26)

Please inform the site administrator that this error has occurred (be sure to include the contents of this page in your message to the administrator)."

When I try to use Smart update I get:
"Cannot get URL from push file, (2001783)"

I am really tired of this! I am a happy Ulead photImpact upgrader from a registerded 4.0 to a registered 8.0 and now to 10.0. Now I wish I had my money back and had stayed with 8.0.

Have installed latest PI 10.0 patch. I am using Netscape 7.2 (but get the same errors using IE) and have a DSL connection.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated.!!!!!

You may want to have a look at your security settings on both browsers and possibly your firewall settings. I just tried it out with my PI and it worked fine.

Thanks Biid!!!!!!!!!! I shutdown my firewall just long enough to run SmartDownload and everything worked great.

I've been trying also. I can't get smart download to work either. I do not have a firewall though. Windows firewall is turned off.

Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?)

What devices are involved and their mode of connection?

Project Settings

Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD)

PAL or NTSC

Error Codes (if any)
I am getting the same error code also. I was getting the components and what have you from the website. But now all they have is PI 11 components and what not there. Please help!!!

I cant use smart download because of the proxy server. How would i tell photo impact about the proxy????????? I've looked at preferences but i didnt find nothing
