MPEG4 Plug-In Activation

I downloaded the free MPEG4 Plug-In and tried to install using the supplied Activation Code.
When I click on the ACTIVATE icon I receive an error message stating my activation code is invalid.
I've double checked the number and I am entering everything correctly.
Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

When I obtained my copy I made a screen shot of the screen containing the activation code by hitting the print screen key then dumping it into Adobe Photoshop.

I've double checked the number and I am entering everything correctly.

How were you able to double check your number, was it in a form that you could use copy and paste.

I was sent an activation number by email.

Yes.
I've tried copy and paste.
I've tried typing the code.
Nothing works. Always comes back as an invalid code.

In that case you need to send an email to ulead support. It seems you have a faulty activation key.

Sent two emails to Ulead. Both went unanswered.

Heck of a free gift if you can't use it.

Try sending an email to
ronald@ulead.com.
When I had a problem with downloading the new MPEg4 plug in I had a reply from him within a couple of hours.
