I downloaded the free MPEG4 Plug-In and tried to install using the supplied Activation Code.
When I click on the ACTIVATE icon I receive an error message stating my activation code is invalid.
I've double checked the number and I am entering everything correctly.
Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

When I obtained my copy I made a screen shot of the screen containing the activation code by hitting the print screen key then dumping it into Adobe Photoshop.
How were you able to double check your number, was it in a form that you could use copy and paste.I've double checked the number and I am entering everything correctly.
