I updated my photo files using Ulead photo explorer 8.0 and added a description to the pictures.
Now, if I create a slide show (V2) I can not get the description from the picture and the description in the slide show is empty.
Can I get the original description into the slide show somehow?
will this work better with explorer 8.5 and pictureshow 3?

To get the description into Pictureshow....
Create a slideshow in PhotoExplorer, & set it so it displays the description
Save it as a UES slideshow. I'd recommend setting the description font to about 18point, white text, bold, & Arial. Then set a coloured text background, so it stands out from the photo
Load the UES file into Pictureshow, using the "batch collect" option & ticking the box marked "photoexplorer UES slideshows"
You can then write the DVD, but the slideshow will be very poor quality. To improve the quality, right-click on it & select "convert to photo slideshow". That then makes it the same as a normal slideshow in Pictureshow, except that it will include the descriptions.
To improve the quality more, remove all the transition effects
However....This will not work if you try to write more than about 40Mb of files - because the program is faulty!!!
