Paid version works as well as the Trial
But, I cannot get the Smart Download to connect.
Tried last night; tried more than several times today.

I tried several times to use the Tech Support form:
that wouldn't connect either. Not quite a "404" message but close, saying try again.
In earlier versions of this complaint, I note that users got through to Tech Support and were supplied with a URL to use to get the material. Someone else noted that they changed browsers. My version VS9 doesn't invoke a browser. Another said they accessed the UK Ulead site. Haven't tried that, might try later tonight.
Still a very satisfied Ulead used, but getting somewhat perplexed
