Availability of Box Version MSP8 ?

Love the new look and functions of MSP8, it looks alot like Final Cut Pro which I use daily at work. I purchased MSP7 6 months ago and have not touched it due to the news about MSP8 changes. It should be a nice fit for me.

But as advised in the past, I am patiently waiting for the Box version.
Anybody have any idea when it will be available? Will the special price be available on the Paint & CG package?
