How To Delete Unwonted fream?

I tryto cut in Uvs9 I press on the key "Mark-In" and then "Mark-Out" and "Cut"
But The film is just Cut in the "Mark-Out" line and split the film Into 2 Parts
And i have to "cut" in the outer side to delete what i want is there no another way To Delete A part of the movie?

You're doing it wrong. Position the jog bar using the mouse or by inputting the timecode, then use the scissors to cut at the selected position. Repeat the procedure at the other end of the section you wish to remove. Click on the clip that was created by the two cuts, and press the Delete key. Then use Share -> Create Video File to render to a new file that doesn't contain the clip you removed from the timeline.
