Error message when burning a DVD-R

I am an encountering an error message when burning a DVD-R. My video clips were recorded on a Pioneer DVD recorder and then successfully converted from a DVD-RW to a DVD-R on my PC using this software and my AOpen AUW 1616 AR DVD burner. I then successfully re-edited the clips to burn on to the DVD-R.

After I select Burn, it prepares data and begins converting the video titles.
When the total progress reaches, 3% for preparing title data and 39% for converting video titles...2/5, I receive the following message:

Ulead MovieFactory has encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience. It give the choice to Debug or Close. Either one I chose, closes the file.

The error signature is:
AppName: dvdmf.exe AppVer: 4.0.0.0
ModName: ulmpgtransax
ModVer: 1.0.0.27 Offset: 0000c5fd

I checked the properties for the five video clips and they are identical. The properties are:
24 bit 720 x 480
29.97 fps
DVD-NTSC 4.3
Video data rate -
Variable mix: 7000 kps.
Audio data rate: 256 kps
Dolby Digital Audio: 48 khz, 2/0 (L.R)

open the project setting and uncheck the "do not convert compliant..."

Click the Change mPEG settings and select Customize. Match the video properties and the project setting then click OK.
