Cant Burn DVD's

Hi all
need some help -

Last week I downloaded Movie factory 3 - burned some DVD+ - short 5 minute movie - all OK

Decided to buy VS9 (Academic Version) made movies all weekend ,

Now I have tried Via VS9 and MS3 to burn disks

VS9 made movies and *.WMV files ( Photo Story 3)

VS9 stops half way through the conversion of videos and I get a run time error ( 9 short movies - 5 minute) and 1 30 minute video.

MS3 - I get all the way through the disk burn and then right at the 98% mark I get a DVD error.

can anyone help
I am using a 2.4Ghz and 512 Meg RAM.

download all the patches and the latest burning pack.

HI - uploaded patches for VS9 - did everything - got to the video tranisstions and then after 2 hours - FAILED TO USE CONVERTED CACHE FILE 4570

what is going on!
