cd & dvd picture show 4

Hi there, was wondering if anyone could pls help me, i just purchased a copy of cd and dvd pictureshow 4, and when i go to burn a project it stops at 71% and closes down, what did i do wrong or is this a normal problem, some help would be greatly apprciated as i am only a beginner, thank you. p.s i have XP and i uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it's still doing the same thing. Thanks again.

Why don't you try register your software and contact their technical support? I believe they have the fix already. ^_^
