I'd like to do a complete uninstall and clean re-install of VS9. I've tried the normal uninstall procedure through Windows XP "add/remove programs" and followed with a manual deletion of the remaining Ulead VS9 folders. It does of course remove the program but when I re-install VS9 my former preferences, etc., are preserved and carried over to the new installation. Can anyone explain how to FULLY remove all traces of VS9?
Thanks,
-Mike

Thanks very much! I've made a copy of the instructions < http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... ight=clean > for possible use as a last resort. My reason for asking is related to a problem I've just posted with the subject "Problem with Media Library Video clips V03, V09, etc." if anyine wants to take a look.
Thanks again,
