VS9 ALBUM TRANSITIONS

I have looked through the many posts re: Album transitions, but haven't found any describing my problem.
After selecting an Album transition, I click on 'Customize' and immediately receive a Warning message - 'No Initialization' with the numbers 3428.104.215 in the message panel.

When previewing the movie, the transition area is shown as a black screen.

Any ideas???

Which version of VS9 do you have -- Download, Retail Box, Trial, other? If you have the download version, did you install all the components to the program (i.e. the Content file might be a separate download).

Thanks for reply.
Sorry about the delay in replying to you, I've been away for a few days.

I purchased VS9 from a friend who couldn't get it to work as he thought his PC was not up to the job.

I have tried reinstalling using all install menu options and still cannot get Album transition (AT) to work.
When I preview the AT, the preview screen goes black . The AT appears in the Timeline, but the picture remains stationery when the cursor bar passes over the AT.

I still get the 'No initializtion' message when I click on 'Customize'

Any further help much appreciated.
