I discovered what caused the tiling/distorted movies when I tried to play the DVD on Windows Media Player. There is a conflict between Ulead Player & Windows Media Player. Windows suggests that you delete the other program but I found out that the only DVD affected by this problem is one that is created on Movie Factory 4 - just play that DVD on Ulead Player.
