Pictureshow 4

I downloaded Pictureshow 4 and have tried and tried to open it, but an error message comes up saying windows cannot open would I like to go online or browse for program to open. I have tried unendlessly to get help via the Ulead website. What a discouraging disappointment. It asks for serial number. You do not get one apparently when you download, then it says if you don't have one to leave it blank and hit submit. It will not let you go any further. Some of the help pages won't even come up. I will be looking into a computer Better Business sort of overseer to take my complaints to and will try to get my money back.

You may try to contact their technical support... they might give a redownload link... ^_^
