I added a frame to a photo, but it will not print correctly. It looks fine in Print Preview, but on the actual printout, half of the frame on the left side and top and most of the frame on the right side and bottom is cut off. Any suggestions?

To prevent this from happening you'll have to either crop your image to the aspect ratio of the paper to be printed on or not to print edge to edge.
If you check it out you will find that paper 4x6; 5x7 or 8x10" all have different aspect ratios. Depending on your camera and its settings, it will take images in an aspect ratio that suits maybe one of the standard paper sizes, maybe none. When printing to standard paper, the image will get cropped automatically, that's why there are parts of your frame missing. If you check some photos you have printed without the frame around and compare these with the original, you will find that these were cropped too but you did not notice it.
