windows cannot open this file

I downloaded the full version of CD & DVD PictureShow and when I try to open it says "windows cannot open this file do you want to go online or browse for the program that created it" help please Thanks

Could you try redownloading the same file again? It might have been corrupted during your download of the installer. ^_^
