Can't find downloaded PictureShow 4

Please don't laugh, but I waited at least an hour with anticipation for PictureShow 4 to download. But, I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm having exactly the same problem!! All I seem to have is the 1000 Hermera and the Photo Explorer 8.5!! I cannot find the CD and DVD Pictureshow 4 anywhere!!!

Have you done a search/find for the downloaded installer through windows Explorer?

Assuming it downloaded correctly.. you could try looking for it in this location on your system:

C:\Documents and Settings\'your account login'\Application Data

Don't have the product I'm afraid so don't know what the installer name is.

Others may be able to help if that doesn't locate it.

Thank you Chris for your help. I located a folder for the programme but unfortunately amongst the files found there wasn't an installation file. I've emailed the Customer Help service and hopefully I will get a response soon.

Just attempt another download and note where the system tries to save the downloaded file. Chances are, you will find your previous download there too.

Helps to take note of where the system saves downloads or, even better, tell it where to save to.

thanks Chris. after alot of frustration and the inability to be able to put in a request for help on the Ulead Tech support form. i decided to uninstall everything i did get and re-download it. thankfully this time it works perfectly

i knew where it was downloaded to, it's just that i seemed to have only gotten some of what i was meant to

it's all good now though. thanks again
