DVD Movie Factory 4 Disc Creator

After numerous e-mails back and forth I finally was able to burn a DVD. Now when I try to play it ... the menu comes up fine but when you go to play the actual movies they are distorted like a tiling effect. When I view them in preview they were fine.

Does anybody hava a solution? I would really appreciate it. I've been trying to create this DVD for 3 days now with the help of support.
