Failed to build a preview graph trying to capture from old V

I downloaded the new verison of Video Studio to capture old VHS tapes to my computer and save them as DVDs.

I have a sony VAIO comptuer with a graphics card with a TV tuner and in the front I have an svideo, RCA in for audio and video.

I have my VCR connected to the right ports to the front of my computer. When I try and capture, I receive the error "Failed to build a preview graph.

I am totally lost.
