Why my SONY HDR-FX1 is not recognized

I have installed HD plug-in after MSP7.0, but my HDV camcoder is not recognized by VideoCapture 7.0 in HDV output mode, if I set i-link transform to DV (normal DV) output, then I can capture in DV form.
I had follow all steps in U-lead web site about HD plug in settings, but this problem is till there.
Could someone help me about how to solve it,

Which operating system & SP (You need XP & SP2)

Have you installed MSP7 SP3?

If all this is OK & no sucess, which graphics card?

btw my system works OK with MSP 7 & 8

I used to have a Matrox G-550 & that only worked with MSP SP2
