Still from video to JPEG

Is it possible to use DVD Movie Factory to convert a still from my imported video to a JPEG or similar file?
If not, how would I do this?

You are probably aware that you can produce a still image in the capture window. (Capture Image button). Don't know of a way in MF to produce one from imported video.

Videostudio has a 'Capture Frame as Still Image' function. I don't know of this control being in Moviefactory either.
