Color picker miss after install of DVMF4 program update 3

Hi

I just installed the update 3 download for DVMF4 and have noticed that the color picker is not available when editing text with an error message "Ulead Color Picker not found"

I completely uninstalled DVMF4 from my system and reinstalled from the original CD and the tried editing text again and the color picker worked fine.

I then re-ran the DVMF4 update 3 patch and again the color picker was not available.

Could anyone advise if there is a fix for this or is there a bug in the DVMF4 update 3 patch.
