It is impossible to download these contente pack. What to do ?

ulead tecnical service did not replied me?

is it going too slowly, or you cannot even get it to start the download?

Do you have any spyware, firewall, antivirus running?

I ran into the same problem a few weeks ago. For unknown reasons IE6 would not start the download process however I was able to get the entire package with Mozilla Firefox. Definitely worth a try

It do not start to download and I get only an empy files.

I have spyware Guard. I understand that you suggest me to disable it.

I have tryed but the download still stop before starting

have you any ather suggestion?

Try downloading with the Mozilla Firefox browser instead of Internet Explorer. This solved the problem for me.

As reported in this topic I have the same problem. All I get is empty (0 bytes) files.
I tried with FireFox and just got the same result.

Yeah, I've read several postings on this topic. There definitely seems to be an ongoing problem. After giving up on IE6 I switched to Firefox and eventually managed to grab the entire package. Even so, I had to try several times to get a full download. Frustrating!

Contacted Tech Support, said they're having server problems and stuff , so they gave me ftp links to the contents. Downloaded like a charm. Don't think I could give the links here though. Just email those guys, they'll give you the links.

I have the same problem, I sent 4 support forms and 1 email.....nothing, I just asked for the FTP French Address, but they don't answer.
If somebody knows this address it will be great. Cheers Fred

I have the same trouble downloading extra content pack 1,2 & 4.

michaeltee, you say to use firefox...how do you download via the web browser?

The only way I know to download the extra content is through the tools...smart download in Visual Studio. I can't find any links to it on the website, etc.

Miracle, after 5 forms sent plus 1 mail plus 1 post on this forum I finally rceived what I needed, I.E. the ftp addresses for all missing addons.
You must continue to ask and you will have them.
I don't know why software companies have so low helpdesk, but this is not good for them.
