I am unable to create a DVD with audio. I have tried a couple of different alternatives to try and determine what the problem is without success.
I can successfully capture video with the accompanying audio, select the clips I want and play them back (with audio). I've tried both video capture through the Belkin USB 2.0 DVD creator and also from a DVD.
In the case of the DVD this was burned using a Panasonic DMR E85H (HDD +DVD recorder), the DVD plays OK in WMP with audio but the clip doesn't. The audio file on the original DVD is Dolby 3/2 and the clip also has Dolby 3/2 as the audio format.
After creating the DVD files I play them using WMP but there is no audio. I haven't tried burning a DVD yet but I shouldn't see this as necessary since WMP supports Dolby 3/2.
This is really frustrating, can anyone help?

I dont think windows media player natively plays Dolby, you need to either have another player on your computer such as Power DVD which has the necessary codec, Windows Media Player then "pinches" it. otherwise you will have to find a codec.
