MPEG-4 PLUG-IN

Unfortunately I used up my five tries trying to download the free mpeg-4 plug-in due to my security devices..does anyone have a suggestion on what I can do get the plug-in, I really need it for my videos,I'll even purchase it if I have to.I did e-mail tech support but you know how fast their replies are.I would appreciate any suggestions .thx tess

Hi try contacting technical support, tell them your problem and they will reset your 5 tries. they did mine. I managed to download the HDV plugin but i'm now having problems with the Mpeg.

Thx to all who tried to help....I was able to download the Mpeg4 plug in but it doesn't work,maybe ULEAD WILL incorporate it into VERSION X.In the meantime ,I purchased a Mpeg4 to Mpeg2 converter and now I can edit my videos with no problem....just a small step that's not too much trouble.thx again TT
