Need help with Panasonic NV-GS35

Ulead VideoStudio 9 does not recognize my digital video camera Panasonic NV-GS35 and cannot capture from the tape. I get the message
"Unable to switch to capture mode. Check if your video capture driver is working properly. Failed to build a preview graph."
But my capture driver is working properly with Motion Studio, for example, which came together with the camera.
The system is Win XP SP2.

If you're using the usb connection to capture, then you'll definitely experience 'problems' with VideoStudio. Try using your firewire connection (IEEE - 1394).
