pop-up error box

I keep on getting this pop-up box appearing with the following message:

UNLEAD~1
You must select a (UES) file to do it, you can use Unlead Photo Explorer to create ues file.


can someone tell me how to get rid of it?

First fo all, what are you working on?

I am not working on anything, it just appears intermittently out of the clear blue with no programs being opened

You might have a virus problem. Please scan your computer for viruses... better if you do it in safe mode so that minimum drivers are loaded... Go to Windows' "Help and Support" and look up "Safe Mode" to learn how to start your computer in safe mode.

Thanks for your reply, when I called tech support they said they have not heard of a virus like that. I have not heard back from them yet, but I will try scanning in safe mode.
