UVS9-HDV,MP4 plugin download problem!!!

Hello guys.

My name is Claudio.I´m a registered user UVS9.

I very happy because HDV plugin in UVS9 but is a bad notice.

My download don´t work.

" The Serial number can not use for the activity ' mensage.

What´s going on???

I need HDV plugin... My VG combo videos will are great for this.

Help me guys...help me...

Hi, I have the same problem but was very kindly given a link by jchunter. so send a e-mail to ronald@ulead.com (he is working on it) just tell him your problem. ps I've sent a e-mail but as yet no reply. hope this helps you Bri

Your VideoStudio 9 might not be eligible for the two free plugins in Ulead website. Make sure it is full or upgrade retail version of UVS 9. Also make sure to type the correct serial number that you can see in your program's About VideoStudio window.

Ok,but my UVS9 is registred with number in full retail version.

I bought this in Brazil country.

If my number is incorrect because I obtained register in ULEAD page??

Very strange,very strange....

But no problem..I waiting for solution.
