VS9 Slideshow Theme Templates Missing

I downloaded the smart files from the links provided in this thread and had no problems with the Content Packs but at least seven of the music files with smart sound did not download. I got a message a

-2166 error occurred while trying to prepare the following music file ....

Is there anyway to get these files?

I'm back. Next problem - I tried to open the smart sound database and get the message that

The Smart Sound Database could not be opened properly. Quick tracks cannot continue at this time and will close.

I haven't looked for the other downloads that were originally smart downloads but I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling they are where their suppose to be either or are going to open.

These two "smart" downloads have always errored out silently before they download completely (even when i first downloaded the software after purchase. Does anyone have these files (or a link to them) with the correct file size and MD5 hash?

Had to replace my computer and installed ULead UVS-9. I went to tools and did the smartdownload for all the items. Content part 1 and part 2 did not download properly. When I went back to smartdownload the window was empty. I tried to use the links in this forum thread, but I get either nothing at the ftp site or and error "error 530... not logged in"

any suggestions?
