Any advice - my USB video grabber device is not visible to VS9, to be used to facilitate the importing of my legacy 8mm video from a Cannon camcorder via phono leads.
It previously worked with my VS6 connected to a DELL with XP. Computer & all software now upgraded to allow DVD production.
I had a similar device-USB recognition problem with my Sony DV camera, simply solved by the use of a Firewire connection lead, now giving great results
