DVD MovieFactory 4.0 Update Pack 2 (Build Number: 4.03, Rele

Since installing the latest update pack for MF4 (4.03), I constantly get the error : "MovieFactory has encountered a problem and needs to close", etc! I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling four times and I keep getting the same problem! When uninstalling I'm careful to make sure that I've deleted all files, then re-boot and reinstall! I never had a this problem before, anyone got any ideas? I've looked at other posts, haven't seen my exact problem or a solution, (please excuse me if I've missed it, just point me in the right direction if the solution is somewhere here), thanks!
