Question about included DVD player

I am looking for a DVD authoring program which will include an installable DVD player on users computers which do not have the player already installed. Years ago I ran across one that would give you the option of installing a lite version of a player. It was either a Sonic program or Power Producer by Cyberlink. Will the DVD player included with DVD Movie Factory have the capability to be installed on users computers. If not what options are there in this area.

DVD Moviefactory 3 had a runtime DVD player that could be included on the DVD. The problem is that it causes a conflict if the computer you put the disc into already has a default DVD player. Both programs try to play the DVD and your computer freezes. So I guess Ulead took it out in version 4.
