I have MFDC4, all patches installed.
I have a DVD-Video format disc that I have joined clips together and created menu's in Add/Edit media.
Properties are:
MPEG files
24 bits, 720 x 576, 25 fps
(DVD-PAL), 4:3
Video data rate: Variable (Max. 7000 kbps)
Audio data rate: 256 kbps
Dolby Digital Audio, 48 KHz, 2/0(L,R)
Length is 1 hour 12 minutes
Size is 2.23 GB
I hit "Burn" and I get the message "this action will take some time to render"
Total Progress and Detailed Progress (Converting video title 1 /3 ) sits at 0%.
Sat at 0% for about 90 minutes so I closed it down.
Tried again twice leaving it for at least an hour and it stays at 0%
I have XP Professional and a Samsung Writemaster DVD Writer.
Any advice?
This action will take some time to render.

I originally had a -RW disc recorded in VR Mode. I used Movie Factory to convert it to DVD-Video by saving it as a Disc Image File, then copying it to a disc. I then used this disc to join the clips and make the menu's.
When I tried using my finalised -RW disc it said it was CSS encrypted (which it isn't) so by converting it first to DVD-Video it let me at least create the menu's etc.
I left it "rendering" overnight and after nearly 15 hours it hadn't moved from 0%.
Where do I find the properties of my source files?
