After spending hours creating the perfect menu for my video, I went the the DVD menu preview and then clicked "Next" to finsh the project and write it to a DVD. Low and behold, it crashed....time and time again! Whatever I do, I cannot finish the wizard due to the crashes.
On top of this, I can't find my VS9 serial number, so I can't apply for tech support!
Has anyone else had the same problem and actually fixed it?
