There are two possibilities. Have you installed anything between when it worked and when it didn't? If so, try uninstalling it.

In addition to uninstalling, try deleting all references to WS2 in all drives and, if you know how, in the registry. Reinstall on a different partition, if possible.

ok I've cleaned the registry after unistalling, unistalled the software that was installed between the time when it worked and when it didn't and then reinstalled on different harddrive in different folder. Tried to start same problem apeared, logo comes up then software won't start.

Note.: Not long ago I've tried if Movie Factory would work but after installing it I've realized that the first to options (make Video DVD and make PictureSlideshow) won't start (will throw me back to choose what I wanna do). I'm wondering if that helps solving the problem(I thin they might be connected somehow) I'm having or this two problems are not connected?

The only thing I can suggest is to uninstall ALL Ulead apps, directories, references, everything you can find and re-install. Unfortunately, I do know that Ulead sometimes have a few things in common directories, such as the MPG encoders, which are used by both WS and MF. Please search diligently, as some things will not uninstall automatically (obviously, if they are common to more than one software. Sorry, can't be of more help than that.

I haven't heard of incompatibility with After Effects, but, as you know, in this field, anything can happen :(

If the worst comes to the worst, you could try one of them as a different user installation or a dual-boot, but I suggest that a third-party software may be causing a compatibility problem, unrelated to either WS or AE. Tracking it down may be sheer hell, though.
