Trial Version??????

Well, I have been doing research to decide which DVD authoring software to buy. I like what I have read about MF4, so I downloaded the trial. I built a DVD and tried to burn it. I am getting the following error:

Some required modules are lost please install them again (5012).

So, I uninstall the trial version and reinstall. Try it again, same error. I download the patch for DVD burning and install it. Same error.

what is going on? Is this software any good? Maybe I should look else where. Anyone else get this?

This is stupid, how do you try software with a trial version that does nothing. I can't even burn an ISO file with it. It goes to completion, but no doesn't write an ISO. Does anyone have any clue what is wrong with this package?

It's hard to say what's wrong. Could have been a bad download etc.

But, if you decide to purchase MF4 then make sure to completely uninstall the trial version first. Then reboot, and after installation install the latest update 4.03.
I would order the retail package. Better to have the instuction manual and original disks with any program.

You may not need the disc creator version, depends on what your doing.
