crop image to preset shape

When attempting to crop an image to a preset shape, I only have available two preset shapes. The section in the Paintshop Pro Cookbook shows a heart available. How does one increase the number of preset shapes? Also when dragging the preset on to the picture the handles to resize it and move it are NOT visible or available. Any clues as to why this might be occurring?
