Can't access PSP without signing in
I have not been able to access PSP 2023 ultimate without completing the drop down window request user name and password. Thanks

Welcome to the forum -- though you might note that Alludo plan to close us down on 12 February!
I have also noted that you have registered with us 3 times with similar usernames. Together with your post, I think you have been confused by this registration page in your screenshot. That is NOT registration for this forum. That is registration of the product with Corel/Alludo. That is quite separate registration and is important to establish that you have a legitimate copy of PaintShop Pro. Moreover, that registration will continue well beyond the life of this forum! It is also compulsory to register the product with them. Otherwise, as you have found, you cannot fully open it. But once registered, that is the last time you will have to fill in that form.
So use one of the email addresses you have used in the registration for this forum or another one if you want. Then think of a password to complete that page, then press the Continue button. And PSP should then open in full.

You are best to use the e-mail address that you used when purchasing the program.
That should avoid any confusions with registering the program.
