Problem with HDV Plug-in download

Hi all, I've tried to download the free HDV Plug-in, followed the instuctions on how to download, entered my S/N and hit submit - waited -
nothing. thinks Ha it aint been accepted so tried again and again till finally
a message saying your 5 uses have been used? how was I supposed to know if I did'nt get past the submit button. what to do now! thanks Bri
