Install Video Studio 9 = No TV in MCE 2005 ???

Hi
I hasve now tried everything I can think of.
The TV in MCE 2005 works great recording and then to disk no problem.

When I install Video Studio 9 thats the end of watching TV in MCE all I get is a blue screen with NO TV SIGNAL.
Uninstalling Video Studio9 or using system restore has no effect the only way to get the TV back on is to use the master restore disk that came with the PC and start again.

HELP PLEASE!
